2. License

By purchasing a BZOTech product:

• The customer will receive 100% open source code.
• You are free to modify our product to suit your needs.

3. Copyright

All products sold on this website is owned by BZOTech. You are expressly banned from duplicating, redistributing, using, or publishing any products without BZOTech’s authorization. You are not allowed to copy any of our code in whole or in part in any other program, product, or website.

4. Updates

BZOTech regularly updates and enhances our products to fix issues and ensure compatibility with the most recent platform version. BZOTech offers free upgrades for items purchased by clients.

5. Technical Support

5.1. BZOTech provides free technical support for purchased products via a ticketing system.

In general, support is not accessible for free products.

5.2. BZOTech recommends that purchasers follow the installation instructions included in the product documentation when installing the products.

5.3. Support will be provided free of charge in the case of themes/extensions issues that are not of the buyer’s fault and that were not fairly obvious during the inspection of the system requirements and testing prior to the purchase, even though the required diligence was followed.

6. Refund

BZOTech reserves the right to refuse refund requests in the following situations:
